Privacy policy

What this store collects about you, who it is shared with, which cookies and trackers the site uses, and how long any of it is kept.

What we collect

— To fulfill an order: your name, shipping address and email. Nothing else is asked for, and nothing else about you is kept beyond what an order needs.
— Your cart lives in your own browser's local storage, on your device. It is never sent to us until you check out, and clearing your browser data erases it.
— How you use the site: the tools described under “Cookies and tracking” below record which pages you visit, and what you add to your cart and buy. That information goes to Meta and Cloudflare. This site does not store it.

What we never see

Card numbers. Payment runs through PayPal, on PayPal's own page, so your card details go to them and never touch this site or any server of ours. We are told only whether the payment succeeded, and for how much.

Who it is shared with

— Printful, the printer, receives the name and address so they can make and send the package.
— PayPal, to take the payment.
— The carrier, to deliver it.
— Meta (Facebook and Instagram), through the Meta pixel described below: the pages and products you view, what you add to your cart, and when you start checkout or complete a purchase. This store does not add your name, address or email to the events it sends. If Meta's automatic advanced matching is switched on for the pixel, the pixel itself can also send Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of contact details you type into a form on this site.
— Cloudflare, which counts visits to the site, as described below.

Your details are not sold, rented or traded.

Cookies and tracking

Meta pixel. This site loads the Meta (Facebook) pixel, a script from Meta. It tells Meta when you view a page, view a product or a lookbook, add something to your cart, start checkout and complete a purchase, along with the product and the price or order total involved. Like any request your browser makes, it also passes Meta your IP address and browser details. The pixel sets cookies on this site named _fbp and, when you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram ad, _fbc, which let Meta recognize the same browser on later visits. We use it to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform, and to show Facebook and Instagram ads to people who have visited this site before. Meta handles this data under its own privacy policy, and you can control ads based on your activity in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings. Blocking the script or these cookies in your browser does not stop the store from working.

Cloudflare Web Analytics. This site also loads Cloudflare's analytics script, which counts visits: the page viewed, the site you came from, and your country, device and browser. It does not set cookies. We use it to see how many people visit and where they come from.

How long, and your say over it

Order records are kept for at least three years, which is the general IRS record-keeping period, and deleted on request after that. Alongside them we keep the delivery updates the printer sends us, which repeat the shipping address. Those are deleted along with the order. You can ask for a copy of what we hold on you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased once the order is delivered and the return window has closed.
