Shipping and production
We don't hold stock. After you order, a printer in the US prints your piece and hands it to the carrier. That takes a few extra days, and this page shows where they go.

Most orders land in about a week. If you need it for a specific date, order nine business days ahead and you're covered.
US rates
These are typical. The exact figure comes from the carrier when you type your address at checkout, and that is the number you pay. It is shown in full before the payment button, and it can be a little above or below the table.

One package, one base rate: the priciest item sets it, and everything else mostly rides along. We ship to US addresses only, including Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
Where it's made
Partner print facilities in the US, usually North Carolina or California, whichever is closer to you. The label says DEAD FUTURES. Colorway names are ours. The blanks underneath are standard catalog garments, named in the spec sheet on every product page.
If something's wrong
Misprint, damage or wrong item: send a photo within 30 days of delivery and a replacement goes to the printer that week, free. Wrong size is the one we can't fix, because each piece is printed for you and there is no shelf for it to go back on. Check the size chart before you order. It's measured flat, in centimeters and inches.
