The agreement

Buying something here means agreeing to what follows. It is short on purpose.

The order

Placing an order is an offer to buy; it becomes a contract when we send the confirmation email. Everything is made to order, so an order can be canceled only while it is still queued — see returns. We can decline an order and refund it in full: if a price or a description was wrong, if the address cannot be delivered to, or if the printer cannot make the item.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping, which is shown before you pay. Payment is not live in this build: checkout runs end to end, takes nothing and says so on the page — the order it places is a rehearsal. PayPal will take payment when it opens. We deliver to US addresses only, so no import duty or tax arises; when international opens, both become the buyer's responsibility and carriers usually collect them on delivery.

Delivery

The dates given are estimates, not guarantees — printing and carriers both have bad weeks. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel goes missing in transit we replace it, as set out in returns.

The artwork

The designs belong to DEAD FUTURES. Buying a piece buys that piece: wear it, frame it, photograph it, wash it badly. It does not license the artwork for resale, reprinting or use on your own products.

Color and variation

Screens lie about color, and direct-to-garment printing varies a little garment to garment. Small differences between the photograph and the item are normal and are not faults. A print that is off-center, cracked or plainly wrong is a fault, and is replaced.

Liability

Our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, and none of it affects the statutory rights a consumer has where they live.

Changes

These terms may change; the version that applies to an order is the one published when the order was placed.
